John Cubit is the owner of Southern Muscle Factory, a 24/7 training facility located in the Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley, Alabama. With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Kentucky and over 31 years of competitive bodybuilding experience, John brings unmatched expertise, discipline, and passion to the fitness community.
He is certified in Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and he maintains active CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications. John’s approach blends science‑based training with decades of real‑world experience, helping members build strength, confidence, and long‑term results.
