- Be kind and helpful to everyone. Hateful/Rude/Mean to others will be removed.
- NO TAILGATING. Every person MUST scan their own QR code for entry. Tailgating will result in a $75 fine. No EXCEPTIONS for Liability Purposes.
- Treat all equipment as it is intended as manufactured to be used – no exceptions.
- Proper gym attire required. Shirts and close-toed shoes must always be worn.
- Replace all attachments back on wall after each use. Do not leave anything on the cables. This is for safety and to let other gym members know the piece of equipment is available for use. A fine of up to $75 per occurrence for failure to adhere.
- Respect plate weight color coding system. Color dots on weights indicate which machine plates belong to. You may move weights for use with a different machine, but must return them to where they belong. A fine of $10/occurrence for faailure to adhere.
- Clean each piece of equipment (such as benches, cardio machines, select drive equipment, etc.) after each use. A fine of $10/occurrence for failure to adhere.
- Vulgar words not tolerated. Act as if the sweetest, angelic grandmother is using the gym alongside you. Removal from gym for failure to comply.
- All bags shall be left in cubby shelves. If shelves are full, see staff for assistance.
- You are always under sound and video surveillance at all times.
- Dumbbells must be returned to correct spots. No dropping (DUMPING) of weights allowed. A fine of $15/occurrence for failure to return or dropping dumbbells. If dumbbells are damaged or broken, fine is full replacement cost.
- No power cleans allowed. No chalk allowed.
- Moving of benches marked as “do not move benches” is not allowed. A fine of $10/occurrence for failure to adhere.
- NO UNPAID or UNAUTHORIZED guests are to be allowed into the gym at any time. Guests are only permitted during staffed hours and must pay the guest fee. Violation of this policy will result in a $75 fine to the member’s account. NO EXCEPTIONS for Liability Purposes.
- NO drugs or alcohol may be brought onto the property at ANY TIME.
- Cancellation Policy: Membership will be terminated 30 days from the date we receive written cancellation request. You are responsible for fees incurred during this time.
- Late Payment Policy: Membership payments are due on the scheduled billing date. A $15 late fee will be applied if payment is not received within 3 days of the due date. If payment remains unpaid after 7 days, additional late fees may be applied periodically for continued non-payment, up to a maximum of $75 in total late fees.
